What is the turnaround time?
Turnaround time depends on the level of customisation and size of your order but also how busy we are at the time you place your order. Average turnaround time is usually 1-3 weeks from payment.
Do you source all the items or can you incorporate branded items we already have?
We're completely flexible! We can source all items for you from our network of trusted suppliers, ensuring high-quality products for your gifts. However, if you already have branded items/promotional products that you'd like to use then we're happy to incorporate them seamlessly into your bespoke gift packages.
How much does it cost?
Because every gift we create is completely bespoke, pricing varies depending on the products selected, the level of customisation and the size of your order.
